Leong Hup Poultry Exclusive Seminar at Riverview Hotel on 27 May 2015

A total 55 participants from Leong Hup poultry division spent a wonderful day with Ceva and Agritech in Leong Hup Poultry Exclusive Seminar at Riverview Hotel on 27 May 2015.

Mr Ruud Aerdts, Ceva Animal Health Asia Zone Director presented Ceva as one of the fastest growing companies in animal health and leader of new technology vaccine in poultry with core values of Ceva and achieving ranking number 2 poultry vaccine in Asia.

Dr Roberto Soares, Veterinary Service Regional Manager shared his experience of 'How to Diagnose, Prevent and Control Mycoplasmosis in Broiler'. He discussed in details the procedure to diagnose Mycoplasmosis with prevention and control the disease by medication and biosecurity. Biosecurity is very important key point to control Mycoplasmosis in breeder and prevent vertical transmission to progeny.

We were honored to invite Dr. Damnern Sohsuebngarm, a private poultry consultant from Thailand who has more than 20 working years of experience in poultry to share important 'Factor of Brooding & Ventilation Management in Broiler'. He elaborated the 7 crucial factors to consider in rearing an optimum performance broiler. For example, minimum ventilation during brooding was very important to provided sufficient oxygen to chicks and maintains optimum temperature to maximize performance of chicks.

Our final speaker, Dr Jessica Lee, Product & Technical Manager of Ceva Malaysia shared her experience on 'How to Prevent and Control of ND and IBD in Broiler'. Biosecurity, excellent vaccination technique with latest technology of single injection VECTORMUNE ND and TRANSMUNE in hatchery can give full protection to broiler.

The event was wrapped up by Dr Amanda Lim, Country Manager of Ceva Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan to thanks all participants spending a wonderful day with us. We will try to organize exclusive seminar for Leong Hup International Group and invite other colleagues from South East Asia in future.
